For twenty-eight years, CPC Tutorials has successfully trained candidates for the CPC. The syllabus has been delivered by home study or intensive attended courses. However, in recent years the exams have evolved and the syllabus changed and we believe that it is no longer possible for candidates attending intensive short courses anywhere to have a reasonable chance of achieving a first time pass in all modules. The current syllabus requires candidates to pass several level 3 examinations and the national pass rate published by the exam board is now less than 50%.

EU directives and UK  legislation require designated transport managers, operators and owner drivers to prove professional competence. Unless they are exempt this can only be satisfied by holding a CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
